The agreement between you and us. Written to be read once and understood, not to be survived.
These terms govern your use of Brdgy, the web application at brdgy.com. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and “you” means that company.
Brdgy is operated by V3Ads LLC, a limited liability company formed in Delaware, United States. “We”, “us” and “our” mean V3Ads LLC. Notices to us go to support@brdgy.com.
Brdgy takes a description of something you sell and proposes audiences for it — groups of people your offer plausibly fits who are not currently being sold to. For each one it produces a profile: who they are, what they are stuck on, which channels reach them, and messaging angles that connect your offer to their problem.
These audiences are hypotheses, not findings. They are generated by large language models reasoning over your input and a curated marketing knowledge base. They are not survey data, not panel research, and not a measurement of any real population. Nobody was interviewed. Demographics, psychographics and channel suggestions are plausible inferences that can be confidently wrong.
Treat every audience as a lead worth testing cheaply before you spend real budget on it. Do not present Brdgy output to a client, an investor or a board as research findings, and do not rely on it as the sole basis for a decision that would be expensive to reverse.
Brdgy does not provide legal, financial, medical, regulatory or professional advice. Nothing it generates is a substitute for advice from a qualified professional, and you are responsible for the compliance of anything you publish.
Usage is measured in bridges. One bridge is one generated audience. A discovery run returns three audiences and therefore costs three bridges.
Everything you do with an audience you already have — messaging, campaign plans, asset drafts, audits, refinement — costs no bridges. You are charged for finding audiences, not for working them.
New accounts get a 14-day trial with 12 bridges — four full runs — and no card is required. Creating additional accounts to obtain further trials is a breach of these terms (see 6).
You agree not to use Brdgy to:
What you publish is yours and so is responsibility for it. You, not us, are the advertiser.
Everything you put into Brdgy — offer descriptions, uploaded documents, workspace content — remains yours. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to store it, send it to the providers listed in the Privacy Policy, and process it for the sole purpose of operating the service for you. That licence exists so the product can function; it ends when you delete the material or close your account.
The audiences, messaging and assets generated for you are yours to use commercially, without restriction or attribution. We claim no ownership of them.
Two honest caveats. Generative models produce similar output from similar input, so we cannot promise anything generated for you is unique, and neither we nor anyone else can guarantee that AI-generated material attracts copyright protection in your jurisdiction. If exclusivity matters for a particular asset, treat what you get as a starting point and make it your own.
The Brdgy software, interface, methodology, prompts and curated knowledge base remain ours. Using the service does not transfer any of it.
If you send us suggestions, we may act on them freely and without obligation. We will not identify you as their source without asking.
Brdgy is a new product and we do not offer a service-level agreement. We aim to keep it available and will tell you about planned downtime, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and we depend on third parties — hosting, database, model providers — whose outages we cannot prevent.
A generation run typically completes in under two minutes. Where a model provider is slow or unavailable we route to an alternative, and we record which one answered against every run — so if you report a bad result we can tell you what produced it.
Support is by email at support@brdgy.com. We aim to reply within two business days.
Brdgy is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
In particular, and without limiting section 2: we do not warrant that generated audiences are accurate, that they correspond to real groups of people, that messaging will perform, or that any campaign built on Brdgy output will produce revenue.
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or wasted advertising spend, even if warned that they were possible.
Our total liability arising out of or relating to Brdgy is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or US $100.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case they apply to you only as far as that jurisdiction permits.
You will indemnify us against claims, damages and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of Brdgy in breach of these terms, from material you uploaded that you had no right to upload, or from campaigns you published using Brdgy output. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and let you control its defence, and we will not settle it without your consent.
We may update these terms. For a material change — anything affecting your rights, your price or what you may use Brdgy for — we will email account holders at least 30 days beforehand, and the version and effective date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use Brdgy after a change takes effect means you accept it; if you do not, cancel before then.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, and both parties consent to venue there.
The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. If you are a consumer in a country whose law gives you rights you cannot contract out of, this section does not take those rights away.
Before filing anything, please write to us. Most disputes are a misunderstanding about billing and take one email to resolve.

If these terms are found unenforceable in part, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing something on one occasion does not waive it. Together with the Privacy Policy, this is the whole agreement between us about Brdgy.
